Size and Quantity required using the drop down arrows. Then click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button to
place this item into your shopping bag. You will be brought to “My Shopping Bag” page where you
can see the list of items you have placed an order for. To continue shopping, simply click on
the “Continue Shopping” button. Alternatively, you can click on “Check Out” to complete your
shopping at msw’s online store. Upon successful submission of your online order, you will receive

How do I know if my order is confirmed? |

Where can I find sizing information? |

Due to different cuttings and styles, every dress at msw comes with its individual sizing
information at the product detail page. This gives our customers a more accurate guide on which

What forms of payments do you accept online? |

to a secure-server page hosted by Paypal, where you can enter
your credit card information to complete your purchase. For
our customers' security, MSW does not keep track or key in

What are your shipping options and charges? |

Registered Local Mail
– S$5.50 (recommended) Postal delivery time
is within 3 working days from day of dispatch.
Normal Local Mail
– S$3.50 (Customer will undertake all risk & liability
if items are sent by unregistered mail) Postal
delivery time is within 3 working days from day of
dispatch.

| International Orders: |
|
International Standard Airmail - International deliveries are sent
via Standard Airmail which usually takes less than 10 business days to arrive. Some
destinations may, however, take a longer delivery time than others, please check the
Zonal Classification chart below. All items can be subject to customs inspection,
which will require additional time.
To check rates, first identify the zonal classification of your destination within
the Zonal Classification chart and then refer to the rate chart. Please note that
customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

What is your exchange policy? |

Exchanges must be made within 7 working days
of reciving your original package. All returned items are
to be in original condition. Kindly refer to our Exchange
Procedures below for full details. |

What are the procedures? |
|

Simply email us your exchange request at
and we will revert to you within 24 hours with an authorization
email for you to proceed with the exchange. Returned items
must be kept in original condition. For replacement items
of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For
replacement items of higher value, customers will make good
the difference. Discounted price items are final sales and
are not eligible for exchange. Kindly note that delivery
/ shipping fees are not refundable.
For international customers, please send your package via
an insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented
delivery. msw will not be responsible for any loss, misdirection
or damage to items that are on the way back for a return/exchange.

Who pays for the shipping charges incurred for exchanges? |

Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items
to us via post. Delivery of replacement item(s) is chargeable
at the usual shipping rates.
Incorrect Orders
If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse
you for the cost of returning the package to us. We will then
send out the correct order to you. |
